Eventify (“we,” “us”) sources independent event suppliers and coordinates celebrations for our clients. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or send a booking inquiry, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have.

We keep the information we collect to the minimum needed to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your event. We do not sell your personal information.

When you submit a booking inquiry, we collect the details you enter:

• Your name, email address, and contact number
• Event details — event type, preferred date, estimated guest count, venue or city
• The supplier categories you are interested in and any coordination option you select
• Anything you choose to write in the notes field — theme, priorities, or budget range

We also keep a record of when the inquiry was submitted. Our website does not run advertising or analytics trackers on public pages.

• To review your date and event needs and reply to your inquiry
• To source suitable independent suppliers and coordinate availability, quotations, and schedules on your behalf
• To follow up with you by email or phone about your event
• To keep business records of the events we have worked on

A copy of each new inquiry is sent to our team’s email inbox so we can respond promptly. That message is delivered through Gmail and is visible only to the Eventify team.

Photos shown in our gallery and on our website are published only with the permission of the client or organization involved. We include them to show the real celebrations we have helped coordinate.

We take reasonable steps to discourage casual copying of these photos — the right-click and long-press “save image” options are disabled, and images cannot be dragged out of the page. No website can fully prevent screenshots, so please treat these photos as the property of the people in them.

If you appear in a photo on our website, or you are a parent or guardian of someone who does, and you want that photo removed, email us at hello@siglatechsolutions.com and we will take it down and delete the stored file.

We share your event details with independent suppliers only as needed to get you options, availability, and quotations — and only for the categories you asked about. You approve each supplier before anything is confirmed.

We use trusted service providers to run our website and store our data — our hosting provider and our database provider. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Booking inquiry details are stored in a managed database with access controls that limit them to authorized Eventify administrators. Public visitors cannot read inquiry records. Administrator access requires a verified account and is checked on every action.

Connections to our website use HTTPS. We keep the credentials that protect this data confidential and out of public code.

We keep booking inquiry records for as long as needed to coordinate your event and to maintain our business records afterward. You can ask us to delete your information sooner — see “Your choices” below.

You can contact us at any time to:

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong or out of date
• Ask us to delete your inquiry details
• Ask us to remove a photo of you or your child from our website

Our public pages do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A secure session cookie is used only inside the private administrator area to keep a signed-in administrator logged in.

Our services are arranged with the adult client hosting an event. Where a celebration or a published photo involves a minor, we rely on the consent of the client and, where relevant, the parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a photo of their child at any time using the contact details below.

We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
